  Martin Pickard is a Certified Facility Manager with over 30 years experience managing support services for organisations around the world including Cellnet, BT, Cisco Iberia, Microsoft UK, Cable & Wireless France and Hong Kong Telecom. Martin was previously CEO of Reliance Integrated Services and was also Managing Director of Citex Managed Services. Winner of the BIFM 2005 award for Excellence in FM Journalism, Martin is a regular contributor to a number of journals and speaks at conferences and training courses around the world. A Fellow of the BIFM and a former President of the IFMA UK Chapter, Martin is also a Member of the Institute of Customer Service, the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning and the Institute of Directors.

  Patrick Jongbloet is an experienced multilingual MBA who has been worked in a variety of challenging international business environments for over 20 years operating at a senior level in both customer and supplier roles for organisations including Emprise and Eurotunnel. Fluent in English, French, German and Dutch, Patrick has NEBOSH and IOSH safety qualifications and is a Member of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning. He is also a licentiate Member of the CIPD and a Quality Auditor. Former Chair of the BIFM South Region, Patrick was a finalist in the PFM Awards for Expert Services 2005

Anne Simmons is a qualified building surveyor and seasoned facilities management and PFI professional with over ten years’ experience across the sector. She has worked in all four principal business areas; commercial, retail, manufacturing and state, and is well versed in the development of strategic facilities management solutions and their practical implementation. She has experience of both hard and soft facilities management service streams, within PFI, single buildings and national estates; the largest being two million square metres.

  Tony Angel has over 20 years of experience in property and facilities management. Tony has an extensive breadth of knowledge gained from both operational and strategic roles. He has worked predominantly in property asset management and facilities contracting with companies such as Workplace Management and Taylor Woodrow. He has high-level client side experience gained with United Business Media, and has practiced as many years as an independent FM consultant, latterly as Managing Director of Edifice. Tony has a postgraduate diploma in facilities management and also holds the globally-recognised CFM qualification. He is a former external tutor (and prize-winner) at the College of Estate Management, a past BIFM Council member, and sits on the Board of IFMA UK.

  Jane Wiggins is a professional facilities manager with over twenty years experience managing complex working environments for both small and large, private and public sector organisations, such as the BBC, British Airways and University College, Winchester. She has a range of qualifications to support her experience including a MBA, NEBOSH General Certificate, Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate, Advanced Diploma in Management Studies and Advanced Diploma of the Institute of Administrative Management. A Fellow of the BIFM and holder of the CFM accreditation Jane is a very experienced trainer and has tutored hundreds of candidates for the BIFM Examination.
