A. Our office base is in Milton Keynes but our consultants are based around the country allowing us to work practically anywhere. We have worked for clients in all corners of Great Britain and Ireland as well as across Europe and in many other countries around the world.

Q. HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICES?

A. The fee for every commission is negotiated with the client and varies depending on the nature of the project. Fees are normally based on a day rate plus expenses and VAT and are subject to our standard terms and conditions.

Q. WHO ARE DENTON BUSINESS SERVICES?

A. FM Guru is a trading division of Denton Business Services Ltd, a private company owned by the Directors, Martin Pickard and Penny Bruce. Invoices for FM Guru work are raised by Denton Business Services Ltd which is the legal entity for all contracts entered into by FM Guru.
